About this session

I den här klassen får du ta dig an övningar som syftar till att aktivera och stärka dina coremuskler. På köpet kommer vi även få tillfälle att arbeta med säte och höft. Instruktionerna är tydliga, tempot är långsamt och du får flera varianter på alla övningar – under guidning av fysioterapeuten Majja. Övningarna utförs liggande på golvet eller mattan under hela klassen.

En stark kärnmuskulatur är skadeförebyggande, och genom att bygga upp dessa djupa magmuskler kan de även fungera som rehabiliterande vid många skador och smärta i kroppen.

Dessa pass är anpassade för dig som har fått Fysisk aktivitet på Recept (FaR), är ny till träning, börjar om med träningen, rehabtränar, är senior eller av annan anledning lägger grunden till rörlighet, styrka, balans och koordination.

About the instructor

Majja Lund

Majja is an energetic physiotherapist and yoga teacher who loves movement and who spreads joy around training and exercise through yoga, dance and much more. She organizes wellness events, is an instructor on wellness and health trips and holds workshops and yoga teacher trainings together with Veronica Jäderlund through EverydayYogaSchool.

Maria Svensson

Maria holds dance classes, coaches and educates in Dance for Health and belongs to the Dance for Health-Sweden team. Maria also holds training events together with Majja Lundh in the company Hela Hållbar Hälsa, and travels as an instructor with Springtime Travel.
