About this session

Rörelseträning och styrketräning genom enkla övningar för dig som har knäartros med symptom såsom smärta och stelhet i dina knän. Klassen innehåller övningar som stärker ben, säte och knän och du kommer att få jobba med att skapa rörlighet och stretcha höftböjare samt framsida och baksida lår.

About the instructor

Hillevi Borga

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
