About this session

Genom stora, kraftiga och starka rörelser får du andas och hitta din egen inre rytm. Rörelserna är flödande i ett långsammare tempo och du får röra kroppen som en enhet genom förflyttningar och positioner som är stående, blandat med rörelser närmre golvet.
