The first time Vibeke tried yoga was in Stavanger in 1998. Since then yoga has been a big part of her life. Her first meeting with Ashtanga was in 2003 when she attended Stine Krogh's beginner course. She constantly fell in love with Ashtanga yoga and started teaching after her first Teacher Training in Iyengar Yoga with Elizabeth Connoly in 2005. She also has a diploma approved by the Yoga Alliance for her participation in the Alexander Medin Ashtanga Teacher Training Program 2008-2009. Since then she's been teaching and sharing her love for Ashtanga yoga.

Originally Vibeke is an educated journalist and has been working many years in the television and media industry. She released her cooking book “ Grøt" in 2014, and have previously released the DVD "Yoga for pregnant women".

Vibeke Klemetsen is one of the founders behind Run & Relax and works daily with it. Her wish is to spread yoga and joy to everyone she meets on her way, and her goal is to inspire many people to try yoga and encourage everyone to have a regular practice. You can read more on her blog here.
