Mona is an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher based in New York City, USA, best known for her Yoga Nidra / Restorative Chakra workshop series and her Ayurveda series. Mona has developed a series of sequences with Yoga Nidra. She is one of the teachers at ISHTA Yoga's 500 hour yoga teacher training and has also been initiated into the Yogiraj Master in ISHTA Yoga by her teacher Alan Finger. In addition to this, she also holds teacher training courses in ISHTA Restorative Yoga around the world.

Mona grew up in Mumbai, India. It was here that she was first introduced to yoga.

Education: Master of International Affairs from Columbia University. Mona also has an ERYT 500 hours certificate as well as certifications in Restorative Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. She also trains other yoga teachers in Restorative and Yoga Nidra and is the head teacher for ISHTA yoga's 200- and 300-hour trainings in the USA.
