Magnus is a personal trainer and conversational therapists/coach who loves to see other people develop, both physically, mentally and spiritually. After many years of experience as a coach and athlete, he knows how important it is with balance between these three parts to be healthy. He strives to create a balance between activity and recovery; it should be joyful and lead to well-being. In recent years, Magnus has been increasingly interested in the mental parts of health; he lectures on stress and the importance of taking personal responsibility for your life and health. But running and the body's movement are as high on the priority list for him. Many of his clients come with problems that can often be linked to a bad posture and poor function in the body. He works a great deal in improving people's function in the body and with over 20 years in the profession he realizes that there are often small changes that can make a big difference.

Nothing is forbidden or wrong if you feel good about it. You choose how you want to live and what you want to do! Is one of his mottoes.

Magnus is always curious and dedicated to learning new things and developing both as a person and in his professional role. At the moment he is studying to become a therapist in Psychosynthesis. In addition, he is one of the first educated Lic. Medical trainers in Sweden.

Education: Licensierad Functional trainer, CrossFit Level 1, Pose Coach, Running coach, TM Meditation, Massage therapist/sports massage, mental coach, conversational therapists, copuples therapist and a lot of other educations. But the best of them are probably his klients, colleagues, fellow humans and books that probably have given him the most lessons.
