When Josefine found yoga and meditation, her life turned around completely. From living with performance anxiety and stress to today finding a whole new harmony and presence.

She studied economics at Stockholm School of Economics and then worked as a strategic consultant. During these years, she began to experience the magic effect of yoga against stress, pressure and performance anxiety. Today, she is passionate about spreading these ancient Eastern techniques to her surroundings in a way that is playful and adjusted to the western lifestyle. Nowadays, she accomplishes this by traveling around the world and creating yoga adventures with her travel company The Soul Space.

Something that permeates her life, and thus her teaching, is the Vipassana meditation that makes her feel that yoga is so much more than a physical practice. With her teaching, she wants to inspire people to shift their attention from the head and down into the body.

Education: Education in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative Yoga, as well as in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Breathwork. For an even better understanding of the body, Josefine has also studied anatomy, physiology and nutrition at the university. Even the experiences she received on courses like Vipassana and Path of Love is something she always carries with her in life and into the yoga hall.
