About this session

Låt tankarna från dagen som varit försvinna och istället bjuda in en känsla av vilande närvaro i kroppen framåt kvällen. Du låter kroppen få varva ned, och tillåta dig att släppa taget om denna dag och glida in i ett mer långsamt och rofyllt tillstånd. Kanske praktiserar du klassen i sängen eller nära sängen för att ta med dig mjukheten in i nattens vila.

Du får gärna använda en filt och ett yogabolster eller en kudde för att ge stöd till kroppen under klassen.

About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.
