Beeing a sports teacher from the beginning, Johanna has been teaching classes for 16 years of which yoga for the past 10 years. For six years Johanna ran a studio in Gothenburg and she holds trainings in Flow Yoga School Sweden which she runs together with Milla Floryd. She is also the founder of the Yoga Teachers' Room which is an educational and unifying community for yoga teachers. In addition to holding trainings, classes, workshops and corporate yoga, she puts her time and experience for mentorship.

To me, yoga is primarily about what happens inside, mentally, in the soul and in the heart.
