About this session
By slowly moving the physical body, to find stillness within, is a more accessible way than by simply sitting still and meditating. In this yin yoga class, Johanna guides you to a state of rest. A place where you can explore self-compassion and trust.
You will need a bolster, blanket and blocks in this class. The props are there to support your body, find variations and calm the nervous system.
