In November 2014, Jennie opened her own yoga studio Altromondo Yoga Studio on Grev Turegatan in Stockholm. For six years, she also successfully ran a studio in Italy with the same name. Altromondo means another world in Italian and symbolizes that the encounter with yoga means just that!

Jennie teaches Anusara-inspired yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Yin Yoga. She also offers PT-yoga with a therapeutic focus. Then mainly focusing on processing different types of trauma. She holds yoga days, workshops and yoga travels around Sweden and Italy. For Jennie, alignment is crucial to letting the energy flow more freely. As the skilled educator she is, she communicates this with both softness and humor. She is highly appreciated for her creative and fun classes. Jennie is interested and engaged in Ayurveda and diet. She always strives to provide the customer with a comprehensive solution for better health with both exercise and diet.

Education: Anusara © inspired Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance RYT. For many years, she has been a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Prophylaxis Teacher and Doula (birth coach at childbirth).
