About this session

En upplyftande klass för dig som vill komma ner i varv efter jobbet eller en intensiv dag. Genom andning och rörelse får du lösa upp stagnerad energi och fylla på med ny kraft – så att du kan möta kvällen med lätthet och närvaro. Jennie inleder med andningsövningen Sitali för att landa och lugna nervsystemet. Därefter får du röra dig genom ett flöde där energin får cirkulera fritt genom kroppen, för att sedan avrunda klassen med avkopplande vila.

Under klassen rekommenderas att du har en filt och yogablock (eller tjockare böcker) tillhands.

Jennie Liljefors

Jennie runs Altromondo Yoga Studio in Stockholm, where she also teaches Anusara inspired Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Yin Yoga.
