Jasmin Salhi is a personal trainer and instructor in Pilates, Garuda and Barre with her background in dance and theatre. She is a driven entrepreneur with a great passion for health and training. Together with Linda Ahlgren she runs the training studio Pilates Complete.

'Pilates is often said to be intelligent training and I can't but agree! I love sharing my knowledge and experience and seeing the results obtained with the Pilates method. My passion is to guide my clients to an enhanced body awareness and a proper postural alignment as well as a strong, flexible and balanced body. I want the training to be inspiring and invigorating both physically and mentally. A healthy mind in a strong body!
