Ingebjørg (Ivy) is the owner and main instructor at YOGALOFTET in Larvik . The Studio started in 2007 (Oslo) and has now grown into two locations in Norway.

She has been working with movement her whole life, as a contemporary dancer and pilates- and yoga teacher. She was introduced to yoga at age 16.

Ivy has taken part in different workshops and training courses around the world and took her education in Classical Hatha Yoga over a period of four years in her early twenties.

She's got a wide understanding of yoga and what it is really about – a whole lot more than a physical practice. Her long studies of yoga have made the foundation of her teaching , it has helped her choose how to communicate yoga and how to integrate yoga in her daily life.

Ivy cares about her students and prefers smaller groups and one to one lessons. She wants you to learn something from your meeting with yoga. Her goal is to awaken people's curiosity in their own bodies and mind and to increase their knowledge of what difference they can make in their own life, for their mental and physical wellbeing.
