Pilates for Athletes - with Pilates Complete

This class focuses on strength and mobility training for the whole body and will help you maintain and improve your body awareness and stamina. The class will be a matwork based class with strengthening elements with weights. You can use weight balls, filled water bottles or dumbbells.

The class suites everyone who loves to get a full body workout and is perfect for those who run, practice strength training or any other sports.
