Enjoy a strong and quiet advanced sequence designed to amplify the radiant energy of the magnetic field and to strengthen and stabilize the connection between the heart chakra and the crown chakra. You'll be starting seated, working with the exercise breath of fire and then continue with a sequence of strong exercises combined with breathing exercises, seated and lying down.
