Do you have lower back pain? This class is about invigoration of the kidney- and adrenal function to act as an energetic corset belt for the entire lumbar area as well as a soft belly strengthener. Take some tension out of your legs and invite back free movement of the pelvis. We will look at a variety of ways to bring the vitality back to the foundation area.
