Rest as awareness
In this class we look at the concept of resting in the present moment. A place we are often never in! Through breathing and mindfulness practices we first calm the nervous system down before dropping into the 'Hara', our place of centred, timeless and spacious living. When we drop out of the head and into the body, time seems to go slower and the stories can start to dissolve away helping us enjoy each and every wonderful moment.
