In this soothing yin yoga class, Jennie Liljefors guides you through a gentle and grounding practice with a focus on the hips, an area where we often store physical and emotional tension. The session begins with the calming breathing technique Nadi Shodana (alternate nostril breathing), helping you settle the mind and prepare the body for deeper release.
Durring the class you'll need a blanket, yogablocks (or thicker books), and a bolster (or pillow).
