 Anna-Mari


 is a certified yoga teacher and passionate movement facilitator with a unique ability to guide people back to joy through breath and play. Her way of teaching is said to be deeply present, intuitive &amp; compassionate. Her practices are an unique combination of movement, scents, music &amp; story telling that speaks to both the body and soul. On retreats, she creates a welcoming and energizing space where people can move, laugh, rest and grow. 


 Mauricio


 is a dedicated sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher experienced leading transformative trainings and retreats. Mauricio is focused on the practical use of all depths of yoga with an accessible approach to inner wellbeing that speaks to both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Koe unohtumaton merellinen joogaelämys – sydämellisesti tervetuloa itsemyötätunnon joogapurjehdukselle!



 
 
Ei vaadi aikaisempaa kokemusta joogasta, meditaatiosta tai purjehtimisesta – tule mukaan sellaisena kuin olet.



 
 
Purjehdimme isolla katamaraanilla, majoitus katamaraanin 2 hengen hyteissä tai mökissä (2hh).




 
 Luvassa myös rentoutumista saunassa ja hemmotteluhetkiä luonnonkosmetiikan äärellä.



 Teemana tämän vuoden purjehduksella on MYYTTIEN VESI.


 Tutustut joogapurjehduksella monipuolisesti erilaisiin meditaatiotekniikoihin ja lempeään embodied joogaan, joka korostaa kehon sisäistä kokemusta.


 Teemme myös terapeuttisia kehollisia harjoituksia (somaattinen liike) joiden tarkoitus on rauhoittaa hermostoa sekä vahvistaa kehoyhteyttä.


 Lisäksi tutustut intuitiiviseen kirjoittamiseen, jonka tarkoitus on vahvistaa sydänyhteyttä. Lisäksi intuitiivinen kirjoittaminen voi olla keino siivota mieltä sekä paljastaa pinttyneitä ajattelumalleja &amp; uskomuksia, jotka eivät edistä omaa hyvinvointia.

Jooga– &amp; meditaatio opettaja, joka uskoo että meressä, liikkeessä ja kirjoittamisessa on parantavaa voimaa (+900h joogaopettajakoulutuksia).
