Balans i yoga är långt mycket mer än bara att stå på ett ben. Tillsammans utforskar vi i denna klass vad balans kan vara i alla våra energilager, fysiskt, andningen, mentalt och känslomässigt. Sandra guidar dig exempelvis i stående balans och om du vill utmana lägre armbalanser.
