About this session

Fab Five står för The Fabulous Five – helkroppsträning baserad på fem olika rörelsemönster. Vi upprepar fem rörelser i fem rundor, med 10-15 repetitioner. Den här typen av övningar är perfekta grundövningar som passar nybörjare, och som efter hand kan byggas på med exempelvis olika redskap.
