About this session

Ibland är det inte stretch kroppen behöver när den känns stel. I den här sekvenser öppnar vi upp kroppen för bakåtböjningar genom att mjuka upp bindväv, höfter, axlar och bröstkorg med sköna rörelser. För dig som har viss vana vid att yoga och som vill fördjupa dina bakåtböjningar eller bara ge kroppen en välbehövlig rörelsepaus. Passar exempelvis fint under eller efter en dag av stillasittande.
