About this session

Pilatesteknikens andningsteknik innebär att du vid andning ska expandera bröstkorgen sidledes och bak i ryggen utan att axlarna lyfts. Vi brukar prata om en "tredimensionell" andningsteknik. Ett avslappnat och fullt andningsmönster ökar fokus och koncentration och förbättrar effekten av din pilatesträning. Att andas djupt ner i lungorna är också viktigt då syret byts ut på ett effektivare sätt där. Rätt andning ger dig mer kraft samt hjälper dig att få ett optimalt buktryck, vilket i sin tur håller isär kotorna och ger bra stötdämpning. När du tränar ska andningen alltid föregå rörelse i alla övningar.

Jasmin Salhi

Jasmin is, along with Linda Ahlgren, the founder and owner of Pilates Complete. She is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor and teaches pre and postnatal pilates training for groups and to individuals.
