About this session

Vi går vidare från ryggliggande basövningar i Stärk din kärna 1 – Ryggliggande i coreövningar med neutral ryggrad till att här jobba sidoliggande samt på alla fyra. Lite mer muskelarbete läggs på, hävstängerna blir längre. Ha gärna ett yogablock, en kudde eller en filt nära till hands.

Fortsätt gärna med Stärk din kärna 3 – Stående. Alla tre klasserna kan kombineras och göras efter varandra eller var för sig. Du kan exempelvis välja att göra varje klass en gång per vecka alternativt göra en klass under några veckor för att sedan gå vidare till nästa.

Utforska gärna även Hillevis övriga coreklasser där du bland annat guidas till coreaktivering i din yogapraktik.

Dessa övningar är förslag på rehabiliterande träning. De passar inte alltid varje individ och det är viktigt att kontakta läkare eller fysioterapeut om du har skador eller sjukdomar som kräver detta.

Hillevi Borga

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
