Cirkelpass för hela kroppen där du jobbar med korta intervaller. Du behöver en stol och ett flexband och till varje övning ges alternativ. Kortare intervaller ger förutsättningar för att jobba lite intensivare, men som alltid arbetar utifrån din dagsform.
