About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.

Anna Gordh Humlesjö

With her bubbly personality and inspiration from among other things dance and her education within positive psychology, Anna spreads warmth and love through her yoga. Her classes always contain a lot of joyful movement and compassion.
