About this session
Challenge your entire body with this sweaty, feel-good session. The pace is high and the focus is on building strength, cardio and explosiveness – everything your body craves in one powerful workout.
The class is built around 9 blocks, each with 3–4 exercises. Every block is repeated twice before you move on to the next.
This workout is great for those with training experience, but don’t worry if you're newer to exercise. You can always skip the jumps and choose a variation that works for you.
