About this session

Kroppsdelsflow för bålen – en klass där du får värma upp och stärka din core inifrån och ut. Du börjar sittandes och etablerar en kontakt med din kärna via andetaget, för att sedan utmana dina magmuskler.

Passar dig som både vill få kontakt, och bli kompis, med din mage och i närvaro utmana magmusklerna med kraftfulla coreövningar. Du får ut mer av passet om du har yogat och/eller tränat ett tag.

Klassen ingår även som den del av Flow & Release – hela kroppen på 90 minuter – om du vill integrera den med resten av kroppen.
