About this session

En lugn klass för att få igång cirkulationen i kroppen där särskilt fokus kommer att ligga på psoas, mage och höftböjaren. Ha gärna en filt och två bollar nära till hands.

Denna klass passar perfekt när du har varit stillasuttande länge efter bil-, tåg- eller flygresa – eller helt enkelt efter en lång dag på ett stillasittande jobb. Klassen passar också om du känner dig förstoppad eller om höftböjaren känns inflammerad. Sekvensen passar mindre bra om du har mens, precis har ätit eller är kissnödig.

MFR är en förkortning av Myofacial Release som är en självmassageteknik för att öka flödet i din fascia och motverka stagnation.
