About this session

Lär dig med om nackspärr, nackont och generellt nackont och vad det kan bero på. I denna workshop får du tips på vad du kan göra för att lindra smärtan vid olika typer av nackont och övningar som hjälper dig med rörligheten i nacken.

About the instructor

Hillevi Borga

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
