About this session

Gravid vinyasa som passer for alle gravide uansett hvor langt man er på vei. Du jobber gjennom hele kroppen, for så å lande i avslapping. Mange av oss lever fra "nakken og opp". Det vil si at vi ikke lytter så mye til kroppen, som vi egentlig burde. En fødsel skjer fra nakken og ned. Yoga lærer oss å lytte til kroppens behov og å stole på kroppens visdom.
