About this session

De funktionella muskelkedjorna står för kast och slagrörelser och det kan därför vara extra intressant för sportutövare där dessa moment förekommer att bekanta sig närmare med dessa kedjor. Det kan handla om padel, golf eller handboll. Den bakre delen av de funktionella muskelkedjorna går över baksida lår, säte, ländrygg och snett ut till överarmen och den främre delen av muskelkedjan går från insidan av låret, på framsidan av bålen via bröstmuskeln till överarmen. Det finns även en ipsilateral del som går via framsida lår, utsidan av bålen till överarmen.
