About this session

Ett mjukt helhetspass som kan bidra till energi till äggstockar, binjurar, sköldkörtel och hypofys. Vi öppnar för flöde och lust samtidigt som vi släpper på spänning. Passet avslutas med en stunds skön pulsering. Ylva Deplanck och Erica Rudstam, båda HoliYoga-lärare, assisterar och visar asanas samt alternativ. Liksom i alla HoliYoga-klasser får du under klassen alternativ på övningar för att passa alla, även dig som exempelvis lider av skador eller smärta. Klassen utförs sittande, stående och liggande och passar därmed även dig som har svårt att belasta handlederna.

Ulrica Liavor

Ulrica Liavor is a popular yoga teacher and former musician who, based on her own experiences of illness and pain, developed the soft yoga forms HoliYoga, HoliYoga Röst (Voice yoga) and HoliYoga Hormone (Hormonal yoga). With her holistic point of view, these yoga forms are adapted to everybody.
