About this session

I denna klass kommer vi att jobba med att öppna upp kroppen och att stå stadigt på jorden. När vi har mindre mod och mindre styrka så blir vi ofta ihopkrypna och krumma i ryggraden – med yoga kan vi använda vår kropp för att bygga mod och styrka, vi sträcker på oss, i motsats till den krumma hållning som rädsla ger. Vi kan också möta det som är mörkt inom oss för att vänja oss och acceptera det. Att stöta ifrån eller trycka ner kommer annars göra oss hårdare.
