About this session

Rör kroppen med olika tempo, rytm, puls – precis det som livet självt bjuder på. När du vill komma hem till dig själv är detta en av alla vägar hem som samtidigt behåller närvaron i kroppen, i varje rörelse.

Du får inleda med en yogasekvens, följt av stora och enkla pulsövningar, liggande styrka och avslutande meditativ avslappning. Tempot på rörelser och övningar, likväl som takten, varierar och du kan alltid välja ditt eget tempo. Du behöver inte ha någon taktkänsla för att hänga med.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
