About this session

En sekvens för dig som har svårt att hitta ett bra sittande exempelvis på grund av rygg- eller nacksmärta. Vi testar olika lägen och förändringar som kan göras i sittandet för att hitta en bra och hållbar position, samt några övningar för att släppa på spänningar.

Dessa övningar är förslag på rehabiliterande träning. De passar inte alltid varje individ och det är viktigt att kontakta läkare eller fysioterapeut om du har skador eller sjukdomar som kräver detta.

Hillevi Borga

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
