About this session

A meditation that combines The Merkabah Mudra and the sacred syllable Hum. By using the breath to elongate the sound you will create a subtle vibration that could help stimulate feel-good hormones. This is a high-frequency vibration practice.

Amir starts by explaining the philosophy behind the mudra and how to practice it, after that you do the practice together. The practice consists of two parts with an explanation in between. It's recommended to have some experience in breathing practice. If you are new to this, be mindful and listen to yourself.

Amir is classically trained in the Spiritual Art of Kundalini Yoga and has been practicing yoga for almost two decades.
