About this session

Armbalansen eight-angle pose (astavakrasana) och den förberedande positionen elefanten (eka hasta bhujasana) utmanar både styrka och stabilitet i handleder och armar, samtidigt som du behöver en dos rörlighet i höfterna. Du kan antingen titta igenom filmen för inspiration och titta lite extra på tekniken. Eller värma upp med dessa solhälsningar för att sedan dyka ner i armbalanserna.
