About this session

En kort klass där du får stärka din bäckenbotten och core för långsiktiga effekter i det vardagliga livet – såsom stabilt bäcken under joggingturen, och att förebygga eller minska på urinläckage. Vi inleder liggande med att hitta kontakt i bäckenbotten. Jenny kommer sedan guida dig i olika övningar med fokus på musklerna i din bäckenbotten och dina djupa magmuskler.

Det här är övningar som passar innan och efter en graviditet men även genom hela livet. Gör gärna övningarna varje dag eller plocka ut en av övningarna att återvända till.
