About this session

Upplever du mycket spänningar runt höftpartiet och benen så kan den här yinyogan hjälpa dig att slappna av för en stund, både fysiskt och mentalt. Johanna guidar dig först genom en kort meditation följt av yinpositioner först på ena sidan och sedan på andra sidan.

Det ska inte smärta i dig i positionerna, använd bolster eller kuddar, filt och yogablock för att stötta kroppen till en form som passar dina behov och förutsättningar. Du behöver inte ha någon tidigare erfarenhet av yinyoga men är det ditt första möte med yin så använd dig av mycket props. En klass som passar dig som tränar mycket fysiskt med underkroppen eller står, går eller sitter mycket extra bra.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
