Med en stark core orkar vi det mesta. Detta är en skön genomkörare för vår core där även de djupa magmusklerna som påverkar vår hållning aktiveras. Vi kommer att göra flera olika övningar som får oss att jobba runt hela vår core – både mage, sidomusklerna och ryggen. Ha gärna ett block nära till hands.
