En lugnare klass för dig som har eller har haft mer akut smärta i ryggen, såsom exempelvis ryggskott. Du får mjuka upp cirkulationen kring muskulaturen i framförallt ländryggen, med hjälp av tanke, intention och andning. Klassen inleds liggande på rygg, för att sedan övergå till att övningar med benen placerade på en stol.

Känn in vad som känns bra och hanterbart för dig utefter dina förutsättningar. Pressa dig inte dig själv i någon rörelse om det inte känns bra och be alltid om professionell expertis om du är osäker.
