About this session

Hands are the foundation of a good handstand. Many of us simply lack the strength to actually balance a handstand. In this class we'll become better friends with our hands and learn how to use them in our handstands.

Please start with the first sequence in this series and work through all the steps for sustainable and safe handstand practice. You'll find all classes in the playlist Handstand – step by step.
