About this session

En klass för såväl yogautövaren som löparen för att förebygga problem i höfterna. Du får jobba med att stärka höftleden – dels genom arbeta med rörelser i själva leden, dels med stödjande muskler runt bäckenet. Josephine guidar dig i serier med rörelser som främjar att bibehålla din rörligheten i inåt- och utåtrotation. En stabil höft verkar även preventivt mot fot- och knäskador.

Du kommer behöva ett gummiband/motståndsband, två yogablock (alternativt ett par tjockare böcker) och ett hårt band, till exempel ett yogabälte.
