About this session

Kombinera stillheten i yin med långsamma, mjuka hathapositioner för att känna in och varva ner. Du guidas genom kroppen i sittande, liggande och knästående positioner. Ha gärna ett bolster, alternativt en tjock kudde eller liknande, samt en filt nära till hands för att avlasta kroppen på ett bra sätt.

Den här klassen hjälper dig att verkligen landa och passar extra bra efter en lång dag med hektiskt schema, eller när du har mycket i huvudet. Med sin mix av både stillhet och långsam rörelse är den perfekt när du behöver varva ner men känner att det är svårt att bara vara helt stilla.

About the instructor

Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
