About this session

En enkel yogasekvens för stela skidåkare. Passet passar både dig som är nybörjare och dig som har yogat förut. Fokus ligger framförallt på de muskelgrupper och områden som kräver mer rörlighet och flexibilitet anpassat för främst längdskidåkning – för att bli en bättre och mer balanserad längdskidåkare. I klassen används ett yogabälte, men du kan använda vad du än kan tänkas ha till hands hemma, exempelvis ett skärp av något slag.

Monika has worked in the training industry, both nationally and internationally, for almost 20 years – as an instructor, entrepreneur, concept developer, motivator, educator, inspector, coach, mentor and personal trainer.
