About this session

En guidad avslappning i den position som avslutar de flesta yogaklasser för att vi ska varva ner och landa lugn och ro – savasana. Här guidas du dig igenom kroppen för att du ska stressa ner och få ny energi. Låt dig själv slappna av efter yogan eller ta en paus under dagen. Lägg gärna ett bolster eller en kudde under knän eller lår för att kunna slappna av helt och hållet.

En övning för dig som vill varva ner – efter yogan, träningen, jobbet eller bara som en nedvarvande stund på kvällen.

About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.

Anna Gordh Humlesjö

With her bubbly personality and inspiration from among other things dance and her education within positive psychology, Anna spreads warmth and love through her yoga. Her classes always contain a lot of joyful movement and compassion.
