A potent and enjoyable sequence for cultivating the powerful flow of energy (qi) through each of the vital organs in your body. It is also a safe and self-healing method to increase the positive vibrations in these organs. You will start standing up warming up your hips and then move down to seated and lying down poses for the whole body.
This sequence is very good preparation for meditation.
