About this session
A high-energy class designed to boost your cardio, power, and lower body strength. This class targets your glutes and legs, making it perfect for when you want to break a sweat and push your limits – even with limited time.
The workout is built around 6 blocks, each with 4 exercises. Every block is repeated twice before moving on to the next.
This session is ideal if you have some training experience, but don’t hesitate to try it even if you're new to working out. And remember – if jumping isn’t for you, simply choose a low-impact variation of the movement. You do you!
